Driving Connection, Community, and Creativity in the Age of AI
After 22 years at Microsoft, I'm excited to launch Knox Consulting.
I'm grateful for the array of experiences and the expertise I developed at Microsoft, and now it's time for me to use my background to support community members and decision-makers in the age of AI. This is a transformative technology and it's here to stay. In my new role, I will address questions such as:
How are workers using AI to improve their work? What are their positive experiences? What are their not-so-positive experiences? What are their stories?
How can local, county, and state government leaders establish and/or leverage effective workforce development policies to ensure all workers succeed during this economic shift?
How can leaders secure public and private funding to ensure people gain the capabilities that will help them succeed -- including soft skills?
As this technology expands, how do we prioritize connection, community, and creativity?
